Sponsorship Rules

​1. Eligibility:

  - Sponsors must align with the conference theme and values.

  - Companies from all sectors are welcome to apply.



2. Application Process:

  - Interested sponsors must submit a sponsorship application form by Application Deadline.

  - Applications will be reviewed by the sponsorship committee.



3. Payment Terms:

  - Sponsorship fees must be paid in full by Payment Deadline.

  - Payment can be made via bank transfer or credit card.



4. Benefits:

  - Sponsors will receive recognition based on their sponsorship level.

  - All sponsors will be acknowledged in conference materials, including the program booklet and website.



5. Cancellation Policy:

  - Cancellations must be submitted in writing.

  - Refunds will be issued based on the following schedule:

    - 100% refund if canceled 45 days prior to the event.

    - 50% refund if canceled 30 days prior to the event.

    - No refund if canceled less than 30 days prior to the event.
